Our Purpose - The Why
The purpose of DiscoverHer® is to bridge generational gaps between women and lead women into action. We also have a mission to provide resources and information to entrepreneurial and corporate and their families to better understand and execute the basics of entrepreneurship or corporate leadership along their journeys. Through collaborations we introduce local, national, and international community organizations to other quality partners.
Our How - The Process

- The course curricula is designed to challenge the participant to believe there is no box. That nothing is stopping them from becoming who they have been purposed to be
- We participate in group discussions and dialogues to view our situations objectively
- We create and develop individualized action plans
- We connect Coaching Partners to Community Partners and Mentors focused on their area of interest

Uniting Women
Our Facilitators, Staff, Mentors and Community Partners include college-aged peer mentors, corporate advisors, industry leaders and professional development specialists who lead in-person and virtual discussions and interactive exercises.
Bridging Gaps
We identify and confront root issues in order to bridge the communication and relationship gaps that exist. Quality relationships are cultivated & accountability partners are formed.
Taking Action
We guide our participants to take authority and action in their lives. They experience the accountability they need to ensure that are achieving various levels of self-mastery and success.
